I don’t know why it has taken me this long to write a review. I have been using Mike’s Auto for over 10 years. They are honest, dependable, and quick. I never have to worry about getting scammed or taken advantage of. Pat at the Front desk is AMAZING! He is always on top of things and ready to help. Great customer service every time! The team at Mike's was great! They were patien and thoroughly explained the issue, and went above and beyond to confirm that their fix resolved the problem!

I appreciate Mike's personnel, especially Pat. I called Pat and explained to him that my vehicle didn't pass inspection because it was parked for several months while I was ill. He asked me to come in to bring my car in and he would drive it for me. I took the car in and he called me the next day and said the vehicle was ready. I was very delighted and well pleased. The vehicle was cleaned and vacuumed and in better condition. He also assisted me with the inspection waiver. Paperwork was prepared and I had to do very little to do afterwards. Being a senior citizen, his assistance has been extremely helpful.

They are amazing! My Lincoln Navigator was loosing large amounts of water. They took the time to clean the area. They located power steering fluid leaking on my radiator leaking which created a hole in the radiator causing the water leak out which Pep Boys could not find after evaluating my SUV on the same day. I had my SUV back the next day with no problems since. They also analyzed and fixed my husband's wheel bearings on his Land Rover in 3 hours.
