I went in for an oil and filter change. Experience -Excellent.

I knew my battery was likely going bad. I had never been to Mike's before but I have a neighbor who uses them and has spoken highly of them. I called at 11:30 and told them that I thought I needed a new battery and asked if they could squeeze me in that day. They said sure come on by at 1:30 and we'll check out the battery and if it needs replacing we can do that but we'll also make sure that that is the cause of the problem. I showed up promptly at 1:30, it was the battery, and they had me out by 2:15. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be a regular customer moving forward.

Mike's Auto is the best! Pat is always great communicating the issues and cost. They repaired in a timely manner. I can depend on them to be honest about what I need. I went in thinking a much costlier repair and they repaired only what was really needed.

Car didn't pass emissions. But you Guys were able to find the root cause and get me back rolling. Thanks so much

I went there with a list of four things to fix they screwed them all up and damaged things besides which they took no responsibility for. They contaminated my oil change they did not grease underneath nor did they tell me that they didn't they were supposed to fix some brackets on my electric cooling fans which we're not fixed there was no purpose to come here the only one who benefited was them. These are not reputable people. It was the sorriest garage experience I've ever had

Mike’s Auto was reasonably priced for the work I needed done on my vehicle. I needed spark plug and coil replacement on my 2007 Ford Edge which were located underneath the Intake. As we were unable to do this ourselves I called around to get pricing from multiple shops in our area and Mike’s definitely gave the best quote. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t mind me asking questions. They were able to get my car completed in 24 hours which was a happy surprise.
