I had a service performed in June and almost forgot to write a review. I needed a steering coupler installed and replaced. Prior to finding these gentlemen, I searched all over metro Atlanta and received quotes that were extremely high. I was aware that labor could be tedious with this repair, but most quotes were unreasonable. This shop gave me a great quote and performed the job quickly. Neat, clean, and professional. I believe my technician's name was Rock. I am forever grateful -thanks again!

I knew my battery was likely going bad. I had never been to Mike's before but I have a neighbor who uses them and has spoken highly of them. I called at 11:30 and told them that I thought I needed a new battery and asked if they could squeeze me in that day. They said sure come on by at 1:30 and we'll check out the battery and if it needs replacing we can do that but we'll also make sure that that is the cause of the problem. I showed up promptly at 1:30, it was the battery, and they had me out by 2:15. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be a regular customer moving forward.

Mike's Auto is the best! Pat is always great communicating the issues and cost. They repaired in a timely manner. I can depend on them to be honest about what I need. I went in thinking a much costlier repair and they repaired only what was really needed.
