Very pleasant and professional. Originally quoted to charge me for the service provided which included checking into my check engine light. Gave me advice and recommendations on where to get additional work done. Then on top of that, didn’t charge me for the service. Very kind, and I really appreciated that gesture of providing this service free of charge.

The guys at Mike's Auto and Truck are great. I was leaving work and the shifter on my car fell apart in my hand. I got it out of park, but then could only use D and N. They took me in right away. Started on it the next day and got it back to me the day after. My a/c had also gone and was blowing warm air. They had to wait a day for parts. They kept in contact with me the whole time on where they were on the repair and got everything fixed! I will definitely continue going to Mike's for repairs.

Had an appointment for coolent flush. Pat was very knowledgeable about all makes and models of vehicles and answered all my questions. Everyone at Mike's was professional. Joseph didn't mind me asking to see what the old coolent looked like while he was working on the vehicle. I appreciated that.

If I ever have an auto issue or problem I always take my car to Mikes. I know I can do so getting an honor answer to what is wrong and always a good price to fix. I can leave my car with them and not have to worry knowing my car is being taken car of. We are about to move to Canton GA but I can assure you I will be bringing my car all the way back to Mikes to get all my auto needs taken care of. Last but not least, Pat is absolutely wonderful and he listens and really cares. Thank you Mikes Auto!!! Y’all are the BEST!!

Quick oil change and competitive pricing. Technician (joe) checked fluids, tires and looked over the car for any other issues needing to be addressed. Would highly recommend.
