The gentleman at the desk, I believe his name was pat, was wonderful and patient with me, seemed to listen intently while I described everything going on, and was exceptionally helpful even after the service. Will likely come back and recommend to friends in the future

I brought my '96 Old Cierra for them to "resurrect". It hadn't been driven in over 8yrs, easy. They were sensitive and ultra professional. I'm very pleased with their transparency and they stay consistent throughout my entire experience. No one else will touch this car but them. Full service with excellence is what you'll get at Mike's!

Pat was very friendly and knowledgeable about cars, and made me feel comfortable with getting the right service done with the shop. He advised me about getting the correct part to replace my catalytic converter and so far so good 👍🏽! I recommend this shop because I feel they don't sugar coat getting the job done correctly and it only took a day! Fast service!
