I appreciate Mike's personnel, especially Pat. I called Pat and explained to him that my vehicle didn't pass inspection because it was parked for several months while I was ill. He asked me to come in to bring my car in and he would drive it for me. I took the car in and he called me the next day and said the vehicle was ready. I was very delighted and well pleased. The vehicle was cleaned and vacuumed and in better condition. He also assisted me with the inspection waiver. Paperwork was prepared and I had to do very little to do afterwards. Being a senior citizen, his assistance has been extremely helpful.

They are amazing! My Lincoln Navigator was loosing large amounts of water. They took the time to clean the area. They located power steering fluid leaking on my radiator leaking which created a hole in the radiator causing the water leak out which Pep Boys could not find after evaluating my SUV on the same day. I had my SUV back the next day with no problems since. They also analyzed and fixed my husband's wheel bearings on his Land Rover in 3 hours. My wife and I were traveling from Tallahassee Florida to Conyers for our 10 year Vow Renewal. During our travel there, we were experiencing trouble with it truck. Stopped by this shop just from passing by. Went in and met Pat. He was very friendly and came out and tried to diagnose or vehicle, and gave us some recommendations. They then got our truck in and got it repaired for us to get back to tally. We made it back safe n sound with no issues. Thanks Pat, his son, and all the mechanics who serviced our truck. Needed o2 sensor replaced. They explained the issue, cost, no fluff, just facts, and took care of it in a reasonable time

Feel they are very honest. Actually talked me out of getting brakes. Instead cleaned them up and they worked perfectly for about another year. Have had many general maintenance issues serviced and have not been disappointed.
