Lilburn Auto Repair

I had my shocks replaced by these guys yesterday. An hour and a half install took them 3 hours, which they charged me for. Having left over parts is usually a bad sign... my front driver side shock came out this morning. Yes, it came out of its mount. They forgot to install a bushing.

Saved us a ton of money! Based on the age of the car and the handling, we were expecting an estimate in the neighborhood of $900. They could have told us what we were expecting to hear and we would've paid it. Instead, they came back with a much less serious issue that was actually happening, which cost us $360 including taxes! Any time they're willing to lose money telling the truth, you know you have an honest mechanic, which is what these guys definitely are. Pat, you'll be seeing us forever!

Said they diagnosed my 1988 Caprice wagon and it needed the throttle body and injectors cleaned among other $$$ things. The car did not have a throttle body or injectors. It was the last year of a carburetor. :( I will never take a car there again.

Very nice guys. They always take us in as soon as they can. We rarely have to wait. Prices are very good compared to other repair shops. Mike's def gets all our repairs. 5 stars for us!

Very friendly staff. I took a car there for a pre purchase inspection and was immediately seen and the inspection was done within an hour. The gentleman at the front desk was knowledgeable, provided guidance regarding the purchase of the car, and was able to make some great recommendations. The car buying process isn’t over for me yet, so I’ll be taking the next one I check out by these guys before I make any decisions.
