Lilburn Auto Repair

My car would not go forward and I was stuck literally in the middle of the road on Lawrenceville Hwy. I had the worse experience. The Tow Truck came and towed my car to Mikes Auto Repair. Mr. Pat Pascale is the "NICEST" AND " MOST HONEST" human being you would ever want to meet. I have met quite a few not so good people but the good always out weigh the bad. I had no transportation and not to mention my car had to be worked on. Being new to town I have no one! Mr. Pascale loaned me his vehicle so that I could run errands and get my son of which whom had worked all night. He had no way home at 10:00 am in the morning. This man loaned me his car...no one does that, no one! I was so grateful. He made me feel better than family. Mike's Auto is servicing my car and I know it is going to be excellent because of the people that operate that business. Mr. Powell thank you for having such a great staff and servicemen. God Bless you! If I could rate your company a 10 stars i would.

Mike is the most knowledgeable mechanic and capable of any I've met. Very seldom is guess work used around here or the process of elimination.

Great, trustworthy team. I've been going there for 15 years, and still drive out of my way to let them handle my repair needs.

Tried to call multiple times the one time someone answer the phone I was told I'd be called back never received a call back very poor customer service
