I found this place quite by accident, and I sure am glad I did. I've got a 94 Jeep wrangler. Sadly, I have found a lot of shops won't even bother with a car that old. Their " check system " machines mostly go back to 1997. Well mikes shop was able to find the problem and fix it with no trouble at all. Today, 5 months later, the starter gave out. 263,000 will do that to a car ! 😋 Once again, they fixed it in no time at all. The car is running sooooo beautifully you'd think it was brand new. These guys are GREAT at what they do. Fair pricing and honest. I tell you honest, because I asked them if there was anything else wrong with it that they could fix. Pat told me no. NOW THAT IS HONEST. I gave him an open door, he did not walk thru it. These are the kinds of people you like to do business with. Honest, trustworthy, and experienced in what they do. If your car needs help, go to Mikes Auto and Repair in Lilburn. You WILL NOT be sorry. ( no, I am not a relative 😋 )

I had my shocks replaced by these guys yesterday. An hour and a half install took them 3 hours, which they charged me for. Having left over parts is usually a bad sign... my front driver side shock came out this morning. Yes, it came out of its mount. They forgot to install a bushing.

Saved us a ton of money! Based on the age of the car and the handling, we were expecting an estimate in the neighborhood of $900. They could have told us what we were expecting to hear and we would've paid it. Instead, they came back with a much less serious issue that was actually happening, which cost us $360 including taxes! Any time they're willing to lose money telling the truth, you know you have an honest mechanic, which is what these guys definitely are. Pat, you'll be seeing us forever!

Said they diagnosed my 1988 Caprice wagon and it needed the throttle body and injectors cleaned among other $$$ things. The car did not have a throttle body or injectors. It was the last year of a carburetor. :( I will never take a car there again.

Very nice guys. They always take us in as soon as they can. We rarely have to wait. Prices are very good compared to other repair shops. Mike's def gets all our repairs. 5 stars for us!
