I was visiting ATL when my Check Engine light came on. I had lived in the city years ago and had used Mike’s. So, it was a no duh. Mike’s got me back on the road in no time. What I APPRECIATED was that I was given options; each w/ a degree of risk. While in the waiting room, I heard them handle customers in the same fashion, “you can do this, or you can do that”. A level of unexpected honesty. Thanks!

The tune up has my vehicle running perfect. Thanks. And the u joints replacement seems to stabilize my ride. Also my muffler rattle has been taken care of. Wait time was very reasonable.

I've used Mike's several times over the years. Always honest, fair qoutes and service. My last visit was emissions related. Got it to pass quickly and even got the emissions certificate, too. Solid repair and service shop.

We have been looking for a local repair shop to handle our family’s older Hondas. We have four, the newest is a 2011 Civic and other shops have done sloppy work, by not placing wires back in harness clips or leaving out bolts or screws. Pat and the team have responded by taking care of a wide range of issues, from fixing flats to swapping out a transmission with 100% satisfaction. The estimates are accurate and they get it right the first time. They are patient and respectful to customers. I definitely recommend Mike’s Auto service in Lilburn.

Excellent and on time service. Pat’s estimates are spot on. And he advises me of possible service issues that are typical to my vehicle (ie, Chevy spark plug boot degradation) before I leave my car, avoiding catastrophic surprises.

I will always go out of my way to bring my car to this shop! They’re honest and so helpful, and I’ve never felt taken advantage of by anyone on this team. 11/10 recommend this shop!!!
