I had been using mikes auto for about 2 years with multiple different vehicles and all was good, they have generally done a great job with vehicles, the reason for me nolonger using them is pat who works at the desk. Every time I'd call he would sound put off and list everything like it is a chore for them to do. It's not a chore it's a job I'm paying for. He would constantly interrupt, and cut me off. Very rude and poor customer service. However whenever Mike would answer the phone it would be a good call 👌 Mechanics = good Pat at the front desk = cranky old man needs to retire.

They diagnose the issue and inform you of exactly what needs to be addressed, what it will cost, and how long it will take. Exceptional professionalism and highly recommend.

While visiting from out of state, I needed Pat and his team to evaluate a potential problem with my vehicle. They were accommodating time wise and detailed in the outcome.
