Excellent service, always doing their job professional

For many years the people at Mike's Auto kept my old car running. They are knowledgeable, honest, and pleasant to do business with. Recently I needed to get a different used car. Pat went out of his way to make sure that I got a safe car for a reasonable price. He found a reliable mechanic in Loganville to do the inspection when the used car dealer would not let the car be driven more than 5 miles from his lot. When a used car dealer told me that I could not bring a car to Mike's Auto for an inspection, Pat talked the dealer into bringing the car in so that he could do the pre-purchase inspection. I ended up with a good used car priced within my budget all because of the the help that Pat gave me.

I absolutely love the staff here! I went in thinking that I needed brakes replacement. They were very honest and thorough with the needs of my car stating that I can wait another 5,000-10,000 miles as I still had a certain amount of brake pads left. I love and appreciate their honesty.

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, IF YOU WANT TRUSTWORTHY, HONORABLE, AND HARDWORKING PEOPLE. My mom (70+ years old) has been taking her 2001 Camry here for almost 20 years and they have always looked out for her. As an example, her timing chain broke last year. It's not a cheap fix. However, they told her they replaced it less than a year ago and it was still under warranty. She's not mechanically inclined and they could have easily charged her again but didn't. Another example – she's been looking for a new car for the past 2-3 weeks. Pat (he runs the place) has been going above and beyond to help her find a reliable replacement. Living in California, they give me an immense sense of relief. I know they're looking out for her, instead of trying to rip her off. Again, do not hesitate to take your vehicle here. You'll be glad you did. Thanks again, Pat. I really appreciate you.
