Lilburn Auto Repair

I brought my car in for an oil change, but I brought all the parts, new oil, and new filter, new oil plug, total cost me $55 dollars even though I just put all the parte. Ripped off

I really trusted this place because the owner Pat was so charming and seemed honest. After receiving a service then having to return days later for the same thing was very disappointing. I had to pay again because they said it was something different ( which could have been true so I paid it). Now I would have went for a third time because they did 1 of 3 of something when they should have done 3 of 3. I relieved they were doing certain things or half the job so I could keep coming back. Being a female and coming to the shop alone, I feel like they took advantage of that. Its hard to find true honest professional help in the service business.

Had the air filter housing box replaced on my RAV4 days ago. So far it works well.
