Lilburn Auto Repair

As always, my experience with Mike’s Auto was positive. When my car was in for routine maintenance recently, they found a problem that could have melted my engine if it had gone unrepaired much longer. Their prices are reasonable, and everyone you encounter there is courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Mike’s Auto.

In a sea of shady mechanics, Mike’s Auto is an island of truth. Never been upsold on stuff we didn’t need. Never been pressured to make a decision right away. Their technicians either are the same height as me or they are nice enough to move the seat back to its original position. Never had the radio station be different than what I left it on. 10/10, bring your car here.

The quality, service, and professionalism were stellar. In the past couple of months, I’ve had repairs done to 2 vehicles. Pat was awesome each time! He took his time and diagnosed my vehicle, made recommendations, and prioritized them in case I wanted to do some later. One was repaired within a week and the other only 2 days. I didn’t feel pressured or hustled. The prices were reasonable and he was up front about the repairs, recommendations, and cost. He called me frequently to keep me informed on the progress as we awaited the parts to arrive. It’s extremely difficult to find a good mechanic, but I’m glad I took the chance on this shop! No issues so far and all my work was warranties. I’m definitely going to return if I need future repairs or service.

Since I moved to Smyrna, I drive almost an hour each way to take my cars to Mikes auto for repairs. Sadly, this was from “lessons learned” using less skilled shops near my home. I have used them for almost 30 years on a variety of vehicles and happily recommended them to my friends. Best in Atlanta!!
